Vacuum your carpet gently 2–3 times a week, always in the direction of the pile. Avoid rotating brush attachments on delicate hand-knotted pieces — use the suction-only mode.
Act immediately. Blot — never rub — spills with a clean white cloth. For wool carpets, use lukewarm water with a drop of mild liquid detergent. Always blot from the outer edge inward.
Rotate your carpet 180° every 6 months to ensure even wear and fading. Limit prolonged direct sunlight exposure, especially for silk and vibrant dye carpets.
